If you have lost your Employment Tribunal case and believe there are reasonable grounds for appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal, you can do so within 42 days.

What you will need:

  • Employment Tribunal Judgement & Reasons

  • Your note on why you are unhappy with the judgement, no more than two sides of A4 or 500 words

We will:

  • Issue a letter of instruction
